Warranty / Stipulations / Payment Information
All of our work
comes backed
with a 30 day warranty, if for whatever reason the problem we worked on
arises again, there will be no service charge to you to correct the
problem. In other words, we won't bill you twice.
Hardware related
parts are all backed by the Manufacturers warranty.

- Free Live Tech Support pre-existing customers only

- Free Quotes may not be actual final price
- Anything left over 30 days without being picked-up / claimed or bill being paid. Becomes property of RiverBendPC.
- Customers are responsible for any fees incured during the RMA process. (i.e. shipping cost)
- Acceptable Payments in the form of Cash or Check. Personal checks must be a local banking establishment, within our 20 mile service radius. Identification required.
